1. Who We Are

Applies to: Both B2C & B2B

• Nomadia Signature (Canada-based): A travel consulting brand representing two inbound operators in Tunisia.

• Maktaris Tunisia Travel (MTT) and Tunisia China Travel (TCT): Licensed tour operators responsible for all bookings, payment processing, and on-the-ground services in Tunisia.

2. Scope of Services

• B2C: Customized travel planning, itinerary creation, and pre-travel support for individuals and small private groups.

• B2B: Group tour quotations, partnership arrangements, support for corporate or incentive travel, and tailored programs.

3. Booking & Payment

Applies to: Both B2C & B2B

• Availability: All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Quotation & Confirmation:

  • A detailed quotation will be provided upon request.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received, according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, once the client (B2C) or the group (B2B) agrees to proceed.

• Payment Methods: Payment instructions will be provided once you approve the quotation. Available methods may include international bank transfer or other channels specified in the quotation. 

• Currency: All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the quotation.

4. Terms of Partnership (B2B Only)

• Pricing Confidentiality: All B2B quotes are confidential and not to be disclosed to third parties.

• Cancellations & Amendments: Subject to the terms of MTT and TCT; specifics are shared with each booking.

• Liability & Indemnification: Nomadia Signature is not liable for third-party failures or force majeure. B2B partners agree to indemnify Nomadia Signature for claims resulting from breaches of these terms.

• Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership by written notice. Outstanding obligations up to termination remain payable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Applies to: Both B2C & B2B

• Each tour’s cancellation and refund terms are governed by MTT or TCT and will be included in the booking confirmation.

• For B2C Clients:

  • The $100 consultation fee paid to Nomadia Signature is non-refundable, reflecting the time and expertise required for custom planning.

  • If you book a trip through MTT or TCT, this fee will be credited toward your final trip cost.

  • Tour deposit is refundable if canceled more than 30 days before departure. If canceled within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen changes.

6. Website Use

By using this site, you agree to:

• Submit only legitimate inquiries or quotation requests.

• Not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content (text, images, or logos) without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Applies to: Both B2C & B2B

• Nomadia Signature acts solely as a consulting intermediary and is not liable for service failures by MTT, TCT, or any third-party providers.

• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the consulting fee you paid to us.

8. Intellectual Property

Applies to: Both B2C & B2B

All content on this website (text, graphics, photos, design) is the property of Nomadia Signature or its licensors.
Use is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing unless otherwise authorized in writing.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Consulting Services & Website Use: Governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
  Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Quebec, Canada.

• Travel Services & Bookings: Governed by the laws of Tunisia, under the responsibility of MTT and TCT.
  Disputes related to bookings or service delivery are handled under Tunisian jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
