Day 1: Arrival – Tunis – Hammamet

Upon arrival at Carthage International Airport, meet your guide and begin your Tunisian adventure with:

Located just north of Tunis, explore the legendary ruins of this once-mighty Phoenician capital founded in 814 BC. Wander through the remnants of a powerful empire that shaped Mediterranean history, where Roman destruction has left behind captivating mysteries.

🌊 Hammamet Old Medina
Transfer to the charming seaside town of Hammamet and step inside its historic medina. Enclosed by warm golden stone walls, the medina features white houses, blue windows, flowering vines, and narrow lanes that recall the charm of Sidi Bou Said. Stroll through flower-lined alleyways that evoke a storybook setting, filled with peace and color.

Day 2: Hammamet – Kairouan – Tozuer

After breakfast, depart for the historic city of Kairouan to explore:

🏛️ Aghlabid Water Basins
Visit these 9th-century engineering marvels, originally built to solve severe water shortages. Though only two of the original fifteen basins remain, they stand as a testament to ancient ingenuity.

🕌 Great Mosque of Uqba
Discover one of North Africa’s oldest and most significant mosques, accommodating up to 8,000 worshippers. The mosque also houses a renowned library and serves as a center of Islamic education and the Maliki school of thought.

🕋 Sidi Sahab Mausoleum (Barber’s Mosque)
Explore this 17th-century mausoleum dedicated to a companion of the Prophet Muhammad, famed for bringing three of the Prophet’s sacred hairs back from Mecca.

Chott el Jerid Salt Lake

🏛️ El Jem Amphitheatre
Travel to one of the world’s best-preserved Roman amphitheaters. This UNESCO-listed monument once held up to 35,000 spectators and rivals the Colosseum in grandeur. It still hosts festivals and concerts today.

🏘️ Sousse Medina
